Staff

Dr. Barnes joined Council Bluffs Foot & Ankle Care in 1996.  Originally from Yutan, Nebraska, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1990. Dr. Barnes studied podiatry at Des Moines University and received his doctorate of podiatric medicine in 1994.  He went on to perform a one-year podiatric orthopedic residency at the VA medical center in Togus, Maine and a one-year surgical fellowship in Worthington, Minnesota.  In his free time, Dr. Barnes enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking and kayaking.
