Council Bluffs Foot & Ankle Care has been a trusted part of this community for decades. Dr. Patrick Barnes joined the practice in 1996 and has been providing expert podiatric care to patients in the Council Bluffs area ever since. Originally from Nebraska, Dr. Barnes earned his doctorate of podiatric medicine from Des Moines University and completed advanced residency and fellowship training before returning to the region he calls home.
